IRVINE, CA (2/2/2007) - The Monster Energy Kawasaki Racing Team was announced a few weeks ago, but there hasn't been any photos of the race ready Kawasaki KFX450R released until today. Studio photos of Josh Creamer’s KFX450R was released today with his new #9. Josh Creamer previously wore the #270, but it was decided to move to a single digit number for 2007, and since he finished 9th in points in the WPSA ATV Tour, it has become his new national number.

Many of the Monster Energy Kawasaki Racing Team sponsors are revealed from the studio photos with Pro Circuit, Elka Suspension, ITP, IMS Roll, Douglas Wheel Technology, Renthal, RK Chains, Maxima, and QuadTech.

I just read that Creamer has broken 4 frames just in testing. Know if there's any truth to that?

Eff I hope not. The frame is my only concern. Hopefully Prey2none pounds the hell out of his(frame that is) and lets us know.

I dig the bare look but they will rust real quick. Maybe they shot them with clear or something. :werd:

Yeah, I kinda like the raw look too. I'm sure they coated it somehow, or you'd think it'd be rusty already!

I am planning to race it X/C this year so it will get pounded on alot. I have Bare Performance as a sponsor that will be designing gusset kits for it as soon as I get it. It has got to be better than my Z400 that I raced in 05, I went through 3 frames that year.

I heard of some problems during testing that were corrected prior to production but Kawasaki has alot riding on this quad so I expect it to be awesome. I will have my YFZ for a back-up for a while.

Custom graphic kits are in the works and should be killer on all 3 colors. :ph34r:

Prey2none - I'd sport some Bare graphics. Matt/Ty/Tom are my dudes. Have you seen what they look like yet?

Love the size of the can's on the Elkas...not a huge fan of the endcap pro-circuit is using there. Liked the "Euro" style (name?) alot more.[/b]
I kinda liked the new endcap. Reminds me of the Yoshi cap for the LT-R. Either way, it's cool!

meh, i think garbage was wrong wording. useless is better, unless they put a clear coat on it. But with all this talk of guesset kits i hope the people you are going to can weld aluminum. I know aluminum is a harder thing to weld then steel and if someone would mess my frame up id be quite angry for sure.

Yeah you have to use Tig to weld aluminum and do it right. The welders I am using are very familiar with aluminum. And yes you would have to trust the guy doing your work.

let hope there wont be an frame issues. creamers bike is soo nice. it has inspired me to get a kfx haha. But it seems like all the roll design mx riders arent powdercoating their arms. looks like garbage to me.[/b]
i think the reason they are bare is because those arms are TI i think, therfore they wont rust. I think the qaud is SICK too

i remember the god ole' days when yokley was on a kawi, factory kawi bike. sooo nice and im happy to see him back with kawi. but back on topic his bike is sooo beastly. i cant wait to see yokley rip up the woods on this bike. but why do roll front ends have to be sooo expensive!?
