A good plan would be to purchase one of FUEL's power commander III's and take the baffle and the lid off. You might as well go ahead and buy a PCIII because if you plan on modding the engine you going to need it, plus its already out so there is no wait. then you can sit back and see which exhaust is best.... If its the engine you want to mod first.

It is a shame that now I have the quad and the anxiety of waiting for it is over and here I am am anxious for the mods. I guess we are doomed to never be happy. Oh the horror so much to buy so little money. Performance wise a PC and a pipe, safety wise I gotta have the nerfs. Then you through in some long travel shocks and some modded a arms. Plus it has to have anti-vib for the handling either an anti-vibe stem and mount or some flexx handle bars. I could go on and on.

For now because I work for a living and my pockets are not that deep I will take her stock like she is.

I am looking forward to the coming months as the mods really start to hit the market. It is a great bike already and the mods are going to make it even better.

I think you can wait on engine mods and start with Nerfs and chassis work. But I do not think that in a few months the PCIII will be any cheaper than the $300 FuelATV is selling them for. If there is a group buy maybe he can sell them for more of a discount but they retail for $339. PM Fuel for any questions on this.

yeah i would say 300 is the best your ever going to see them, but if money is an issue then nerfs and chasis work will be maybe more important than the engine.

http://www.fuelmotousa.com/ this is the best place to get them for the Raptor 700r. I would check with them. $249 for the Raptor :)
