Had a change in plans at work and looks like we are going to take the toys over to Waynoka for a couple of days this weekend Friday March 23rd and Saturday the 24th. I am sure I will not be the only 450R there but really looking forward to carving up some dunes. We usually camp on the Cowboy side right by the gate on the left side. I am working hard to squeeze in some more ride time before then so I can open up the screw when we get there and let it rip. One of my friends has a 700 Raptor and he is itching to see how they compare to each other.

Sure to be a lot of fun no matter what.

I was out there last Thurs - Sunday. I did not see any KFX450's. I'm sure you'll have lots of guests and tire kickers as its the last weekend of spring break and its busy....

Well definitely had a lot of lookers and tire kickers. All of them said it looked sweet (I have the green and black one and it just looks damn sexy!)but, wanted to know how it ran. I wanted to line it up next to another stock 450 but you know how hard it is to find a stock 450 at the dunes from any of the other manufacturer's. So I never got to see it side by side with an equal match up. I did run it outside the south gate a little bit, never finished last but never finished first. Not that I am a big ego guy but, it was damn nice to get all the attention.

On Saturday I finally saw another one out there, I crossed paths with a white and back one when we were out riding.

All in all I had a great time over there and the quad handled well. I am going to post a little report in a bit.
