Have anyone made a working turbokit for a kawasaki KFX450R

i realy want one for my 2008 modell

any tips? i cant find anything online

not to my knowledge u can get a universal kit that requires alot elbow grease

Wasatch Recreational Products was suppose to release a turbo kit for 450s, not sure if they ever did but i have seen a ltr with a turbo.
or call Runolfson Turbo Systems think they made the ltr kit

They make a universal kit you'll have to plumb it and make brackets to hold the turbo..

You'll have to get a custom lower compression piston 9:1~9.5:1...

You'll need to balance, Blueprint and strengthen your crank....!

You'll need to retard your ignition timing 7~12 degrees depending on cylinder volume & the amount of boost you apply....Procom, PCV w/ignition or Dynatek DFS2-21 ignition w/DRSP-1 controller

You'll probably have to reenforce your case around the front sprocket with webbing because of the amount of torque the motor will have...!!!

That's a start...depending on how much HP you want to achieve you'll need to Blueprint the tranny and clutch and also add a separate oil pump & can for the turbo itself, the kFX oil pump is not enough..New Electric Oil Scavenge Pump for Remote Low Rear Mount Turbo Return Line 12V | eBay

or if u want the real deal call kms performance and talk to kelly, its not cheap but they have made a turbo kawi, believe it was 85hp on stock motor with pipe and intake.
