Ok so I have a 2008 450r and I was riding around the yard and I popped the clutch and it started spinning and then just shut off it turns over but wont start I’m getting gas and have spark I checked all my fuses and there fine I traced my wires and don’t see any exposed wires or pinch points on wires ….. any Ideas

Does your F.I dash light remain on or flashing when trying start?

How long since you checked your valve clearance...?

Valve Clearance: between cam and valve lifter
Standard:
Exhaust 0.17 ∼ 0.22 mm (0.0067 ∼ 0.0087 in.)
Inlet 0.10 ∼ 0.15 mm (0.0039 ∼ 0.0059 in.)
If the valve clearance is not within the specified range,
adjust it.

The red light stays in for like 5 seconds

Comes on for 3-seconds then off is normal...!!!

Check your vehicle down sensor & make sure it's mounted with the arrow pointing up.. you might want to check it's output voltage...

Check your starter solenoid/30 amp fuse harness connection...
