I know the Power Commander is coming for the KFX but I've heard that there is a Genuine Kawasaki programmable ECU or programming software for the stocker......has anyone heard of this?

And whats the bloody compression??????..........fer forks sake.

Those are no Typos ..... BIG BUCKS ..... i will be running and selling Power Commanders. The power Commander wil be $339.99 retail and ofcourse i will have them in stock and on sale. Power Commander has O.K.ed final fitment and testing. I should have them next week. Once i do get one i will be dyno testing.

Just got the new Dennis Kirk catolog yesterday and they had the power commander listed for the KFX450 for $339.99 and on company (BUB) had an exhaust listed

The Kawasaki kick starter kit is $249.99. I will have power commanders in stock tomorrow.

Technically the PC will not give it any HP. It will allow you to correctly tune the EFI. You will need to tune the efi when you remove the air box lid and the baffle. How much power will the KFX450 make once you pull the baffle, remove the air box lid and install a PC ........... i cannot wait to see. Next week i hope.

Are you going to have a map out for when a person puts on an exhaust and puts a pro-design intake on them. I am just tring to see what kind of map I am going to need, plus I want to port my new Kawi. What is a good Power Commander looking at buyin one this week or next?

steve has a map for the ltr on the dasa pipe and yoshi, lets hope he get some made up for the kfx too

I am not sure what maps i will have until testing is done. If the Pro design intake works i will use it. If not i will have my own intake. The pro design intake on the LTR450 did nothing. So we will have to see. I will have maps for a few combos, but i just dont know what combos until it is on the dyno. If you want a Power Commander you can order it right off of my website. It will ship on monday.

You won't be able to rely 100% on someone elses tune, it may help but you will still need to fine tune it with a dyno or wideband sensor..

maps are a great start, and for most they will be fine. For alot of people they will wanna tweak them to suit them
