Hi. I checked all thee contacts and it looks like they are showing proper voltage. Also switched back and forth between old and new rectifiers but no see no difference.
It maybe a loose/bad/frayed wire or corroded connection that might be the reason...use some electrical contact cleaner & clean the starter solenoid/main harness connection/30 amp fuse...

& also clean the starter button/light switch & on/off..!!

It’s been awhile since reporting in.

I cleaned most contacts under front hood. The handle bar on/off switch is frozen and suspect. It appears to be charging just enough to ride daily but we don’t use the lights. We have put maybe 200 miles on it and battery stays around 12.7 volts. Will look for a switch otherwise I am calling it good for this year as I have other projects lurking. Thanks again for your help.
