I have a 1988 250R long rod motor with about 5 rides. Was built for mx/xc racing but never got too. I am in the military and got stationed over seas for a year then I got stationed here at Scott AFB about 30 min. from St. Louis, MO in IL. It sat in my garage for almost 2 years until late Sept 06 when I got it ready and rode it 4 times, before winter hit. It has TCS Shocks on the front (good ones w/ 5/8 in shafts) Zero preload and TCS revalve on the rear. Set up for about 165-175 lb rider. After market plastic and graphics. Still has coil and wires to hook up headlight if wanted but it is removed for right now. Baja rims on back and red labels on front. 20 inch holeshots on back and 22" bandits on front. Setup more for xc and trail right now. Has Lonestar +2 A-Arms, Swingarm and 0-+4 Axle. Lots of chrome. Runs great, never broken on me. Has cool head with interchangeable domes and 21cc and 19cc domes. 21cc runs on pump gas and 19cc runs on atleast 102 octane. OMF Radiator shrouds, S.S. braided radiator hoses, nerf bars and etc. I am sure I am missing stuff. Jetted on a dyno by GT Thunder. and turned 46.8 horsepower on 21cc dome and pump gas... Supposedly would top 50 horse on race gas is what i was told. Very broad powerband, not typical for a 2-stroke... comes on early and revs out forever.
