LPC Intelligent Spark Plugs

In the February, 2019 "DirtWheels" magazine, I saw a little write-up on LPC Intelligent Spark Plugs (page 95). They are supposed to provide quicker starts, reduce emissions, increase fuel efficiency, and increase torque and power at low RPMs compared to other spark plugs:
. I went to their site https://usalpc.com/intelligent-spark-plugs.asp and it all seems to good to be true. Has anyone tried these or willing to? I wonder if it's just snake oil.
