breaking up at full throttle

my bike has just started doing this in the last couple of months

new spark plug
new fuel strainer
checked valves
all hoses are tight
new tps mainly because i set it a .64 and at wot its at 3.6 which i figured its supposed to be closer to 4.1 at wot. but after getting the new one it didnt change.

im pretty much down to procom, fuel pump and injector

Ok.

That pretty much narrows it down to the three you have listed.

A new fuel pump is cheap.

After that I’d swap back on the stock ecu to see if it Breaks up

That happens to me too. The TPS sensor and the temperature sensor work at normal values, the gasoline pump has pressure. I don't know what the cause may be.

I think it may be that the primer wheel is too closed. I have modified that and it has improved.

Make sure your throttle cable has slack to prevent the TPS from bouncing out of range at start-up causing an DFI error code, locking your timing advance & will cause your symptoms...!
