Hello, recently my quad started to fail, it was the spark plug. I have put a new spark plug and freshly charged battery. And at 20 min it started to fail again and And it doesn't start. In other words, he tries to start detonations but does not turn on. I think it may be a coil, stator or stator sensor problem. Can anybody help me? I have a video but I don't know how to upload it..

Escape 0.17 ∼ 0.22 mm (0.0067 ∼ 0.0087 in.) Mejor 0.21mm
Entrada 0.10 ∼ 0.15 mm (0.0039 ∼ 0.0059 in.) Mejor 0.14mm

Check your valve clearance

Valve Clearance: between cam and valve lifter
Standard:
Exhaust 0.17 ∼ 0.22 mm (0.0067 ∼ 0.0087 in.) best 0.21mm
Inlet 0.10 ∼ 0.15 mm (0.0039 ∼ 0.0059 in.) Best 0.14mm
If the valve clearance is not within the specified range,
adjust it.

The video can be uploaded to a video platform like YouTube then share the link for it to be viewed...

O me equivoco?

And right now I mark the 4 valve treads .. Is that possible? If you aligned the 2 marks of the camshafts in the sense & # x2b05; & # xfe0f; & # x27a1; & # xfe0f; the mark on the bottom, the magnetic plate does not match. That makes me think about the probability that the key of the magnetic plate / crankshaft has split.

Ver foto abajo

Above translated)

Yes it's possible your TDC is off by 1 tooth causing your timing to be be off....loosen the cam chain off the cam gears ...Then....?

First set the magneto case TDC mark...put the motor into first gear locking the TDC from moving...!!

second set the exhaust cam timing (line) marks...

Third set the intake timing (dot) counting 29 pins from the exhaust mark (line)...First pin (A) 29 pin (C) in picture

(Google translated) Do you know if there is any big bore compatible with kfx450r? That is the klx450 or kxf450. Or some 490cc that doesn't get stuck? Something cheaper?

Okok. He visto este kit.
