Hello I have seen in the suzuki ltz400 if the engine seal of the suzuki rmz cross bike is used, the compression rises as the motorcycle gasket is thinner than that of the quad. Someone knows if in kfx450 it is the same when using the engine joints of kxf450?

No..Because the KFX450 is designed from the KX450F 06~08 top end..So gaskets can be swapped with no difference to compression ....

KX450F 2009~2019 top-end has been redesigned and parts can not be swapped...due to the head/cylinder/cam chain is 5mm shorter...!!!

(Google transated)

Yes...you'll need to increase compression by installing an higher compression piston...13:1 compression requires 100 octane petrol...
To increase power I suggest a 100mm Bigbore kit with st2 cams for noticable gains

12.8:1 would be safer requiring 93 octane for most applications...

(english transalation)

It could knock & ping with a 13:1 piston running 98 octane gasoline...a 12.8:1 would be safer staying around 93~94 octane (pump gas)
