Can I replace the 30amp fuse box with a universal 30amp box?

Have you ohmed the crank sensor yet?

I wanna say yes but I literally just did 2 other bikes so I cant remember. However that will be the next thing I do because i am still waiting on parts....battery, injector, and ecu

Not sure about a universal KFX450 starter solenoid relay... but here's a good used one...https://www.ebay.com/itm/09-Kawasaki...IAAOSwwZxcBm5z

Also an Kawi ninja zx6r uses the same solenoid as the KFX...

You glued the tip-over sensor...But did you check it's output voltage for being in the range of 3.7~4.4 DCV ...??

No man I think I just tried it on the bike and it worked...but I will check both of those things tonight if I get a chance.

I think that its normal for the injector to spit a lot of gas on the first spray when starting it and then fall way off??.....my pc5 is set to not alter the initial fueling.

It was common here before 2014 to see all kinds of a-arms & suspension due to the racers, The KFX is no longer produced since 2014, So upgraded parts are becoming scarce....!!

Ok I put a new plug in (cpr8eb)and it wouldn't even run...so I plugged in the new ecu with the stock map loaded and it fired on the first revolution and started on the second. I am around 10.5 afr so I install the new injector and it's the same. Both the pcv at zero and the procom at stock and I'm still far too rich. I adjust the pcv to -50 and it puts me to 12.5afr at 1500rpm and sounds smooth. Why am I still way rich when I've installed parts to move more air than stock and still have to cut the fuel by 50%?

I'm putting together the system to check my fuel pressure but I dont know if I have everything to fit yet.

Nevermind I had the coolant temp sensor unplugged. So it's at about 12 afr and the autotune hasn't had a chance yet at all. I think theres a shot that I finally have it.

Ok so I have control of my electronics and it idles at about 1800rpm for like 20 min at around 13.3 afr and it got to about 150 degrees farenheit and I have oil barely seeping from every orface and coolant burbling from my radiator.

My head?
