Have you bled them? If not, try bleeding just the right side at first. If that doesn't work you may have a caliper issue. Are your rotors within tolerance?

id imagine that my rotors are within tolerance(seeing how im only on my second set of pads), but ill have to check it. i think mabe tonight ill take them apart and clean them, my caliper that is, just to make shure that nothing is clogged with dirt. and if that doesnt work im going to have to get some dot 4 fluid and try bleeding them.
thanks for the help i realy appreciate it!

My best guess is that you've got some air in the bottom of the line on the right side. Air is a compressible fluid whereas brake fluid is not, so when you get on the brakes w/air in there the fluid is just pressing down on the air, which just compresses and doesn't push on the piston in the caliper. Get any air in that side at all and you'll lose performance. I'm sure if you're only on your second set that your rotors are in spec. Hope you get it figured out.
