fox evol set up
hi, I just bought fox evol shock and lone star racing long travel a arm for my kfx 450 and i wanted to know what is the amount of air you put in your main chamber and in your evol chamber ? ... And what is your trick to set up those shock..
ps: I weight 135 pounds...

30 in the main chamber and 140 in the evol chamber is what is recommended for you.

I guess its just a rule of thumb- I'm running 40/160 and weigh 215

It really depends on your riding speed and capabilities. The evol sets your ride height, so get ride height and rake set correctly first. I imagine you'll be in the 130-160 range. After that get your main dialed in. I'd start between 35-50.

If your riding mx, i would go higher. I actually like 200 and 40 the best right now. If i hot some trails, i go to about 160.
