Sub Frame bolts?

Yesterday i took my sub frame off and they would not break loose so i had to take a hammer and chissel to the nut that was on the bolt and split it to get it off.

Any one know y they are so tight and where can i get some more and how much?

you need to heat those up before hand as they are loctite. You can get new ones from a hardware store
