You will need a helper who can read a ruler well or some good eyes and a folding wood ruler. An old pizza box or 2 pieces of cardboard help too.
Find a nice level spot.
Lay the pieces of cardboard in front of the front tires.
Drive onto the cardboard.
Stay on the quad, and bounce all around and turn the bars back and forth.
This will allow the front suspension to settle to a true ride position easily.
Now, measure up to the bottom of the frame right in front of the pegs.
Write that measurement down or remember it well.
Then measure up to the bottom of the frame up towards the A-arms.
I think I measured right at the last point there before the frame angles up.
Your measurement should be at least 1/4" inch higher in the front.
If not your frame rake is off and so is the balance on the suspension loading.
Report back your measurements so we can see where you are at.
I weigh about 200 lbs.
I "THINK" my measurements were 7 1/4" and 7 1/2" or 7 3/4"...
But I run a lot of race sag to stay low and use as much of the progressive rate of the springs as possible... which required me to move up to a 22" front tire to avoid cranking down on the front springs to raise the front.
Since you put Razr2 rears on... I bet you are now running high in the rear. The Razr2 usually runs a little tall they say... and then you have only a 21" front.
