Everyone has there favorites. I've used both straight paddles and ITP Sand Stars. I currently run the ITP Sand Stars (Angled) and I love them. It seems to depend on the type of riding. I personally get bored playing on the dunes, so we do alot of trail riding at the dunes, and the ITP's do well, for me anyways. If you're a drag racer then the Haulers will be much better for traction. To me it just really depends on the type of dune riding you want to do

Agree with this guy. I prefer the V-paddles because they slide easier. I'm not much into straight line drag racing. For tooling around, race chase through the trails, V-paddles would be fine.

well that's good, cuz i just bought some Kenda Sand Gecko tires. i don't really care that much about drag racing... it would get kinda boring going in a straight line the entire time.

I'm with these guys, everybody I know even has the itp angled ones, either sharks or stars. They don't do horrible in the occasional drag races we do, but are great for the woods riding and tooling around we do.

Do you have sand fronts? The reason I liked the v's is because they don't push forward quite as strong, they make turning easier with stock front tires, which I'm still running. That's what the major enthusiasts in my area told me anyway. If not, I'm gunna be pist! haha

I run ITP Sand Star fronts as well. Stock size, and they're wrapped around ITP T9 black powder coated wheels all the way around.

Ya I'm just running stock fronts right now, that's all I ever plan to run. I'm not a huge dune enthusiast and I think I would have just as much, if not more fun in the woods lol
