I search more people, and the best oil is Motul 300V factory line, is the best reccomanede for power motors with 15000-16000rpm  is 10W40 and is the best in this place!
anyone have motul?

The most sure way is...
Use a ratchet-strap to compress the rear suspension down until the rear axle, swing arm pivot bolt and the shaft of the front sprocket are in a straight line.
This is the point in the suspension travel where the chain is the tightest.
Now loosen the 4 bolts on the back of the swing arm. Then use the provided tool in the tool kit underneath the seat too hook in the notches next to the rear sprocket. Turn it until the chain is near tight. Lock the 4 bolts back down and you are done.
Once you don't have enough adjustment left it is time for a new chain.
But usually you will end up replacing it before then, because you change both sprockets and the chain at the same time when the sprockets get worn.
