when u are hitting the start button is the FI light (far left) blinking? if so than its your roll over sensor, to check this pull the hood off and it will be a black square that right dead center in the bottom of the electrical tray, should say the words UP and have an arrow pointing towards the bars, if this is loose zip tie it on and see if that fixes ur problem

it may also be your tps connection. i have had that problem before and its not fun what you need to do to check that is just unplug it and see if it fires if it does then thats you problem. you can then either clean it or just buy a new one.

Sounds like you have the problem I USE to have.

Check to see if you're getting spark!!!!

Take the plug out, keep it in the rubber boot and put the threads on the spark plug against frame and start it.

This'll start making the plug spark (You'll see it) if you're getting spark.

Oh...and by the way. Don't shock yourself

Whe I first got mine the stock filter was dirty and it kept fouling plugs. I changed over to a UNI and now I ccan tell when my filter is starting to get dirty because it will start backfireing on decelleration.

Are you getting a good ground coming off the battery hooked up to the frame?? This is ANOTHER problem I use to have with mine not starting.

Also....

Are you sure your battery has a full charge?? Put a meter on it an see if your getting like 13 volts..put a battery tender on it an charge it i bet it'll start after that...

Will it start with the high idle knobo pulled out??

Just some more little things...

First thing to check is spark comming out your coil. This quad is more often to have injection problems,so if you have spark and fuel pressure like you said before just disconnect the tps connector and try to star it.For sure the problem is your tps signal too high. With the tps disconnected the ECU calculate the fuel amount based on air pressure on the intake side.Try it, I found this issue on my quad too.Later you need to test any component of the TPS circiut(sensor, wires and ecu).

Hope I help you to solve it...
