when ur light comes on, is it right after u start? after riding for a while? does it stay on or does it turn off?

it comes on after a some riding. i then turn off the engine and let the fan cool the engine down and the light goes out.

hmmm u could always do the FI test just to see if its the FI light coming on or overheating, i live in az with temps sumtimes over 110 degrees and my temp light has never came on and i ride the piss out of it

yea. how do i do the FI test. and yea im in jersey and temps have been like 80 85 so it may not be over heating

u have to ground some wire and the light will blink, search on the forum search for FI test and u should be able to find a post that tells you how and what the blinks mean
