take the front fender and hood off and unplug one by one the connecters and dielectric grease all of them.take off the airbox lid if you dont go into water alot. you will notice it picks up alittle more power. and on the front of the quad under the hood you will see two orange top relay looking things. in the middle of that is the tipsensor. you need to zip tie that down because it has problem with falling out of the holder and giving you problems.

That pretty much sums it up for the problems. Now mods are a different story.

id do a 15 tooth front sprocket for a nice top end improvement and you can most likely get away with a pipe w/o pc3 but once you change your intake youll have to!

2009 don't know but replace all the antifreeze/oil thats in it an add new 93 gas..

but 2008

axle bearings aren't greasable have to take carrier apart to do so
electrical problems just due to water/mudd gettin in connectors

thats all the problems i've ever had...bearings need greased after a handful muddy/ wet rides

keep chain lubricated

same with valves they need readjusted back to spec after about 15 hours

oil / filter needs replaced after ever hard ride...its only good for a few rides..

bout all for me..
