I "had" the extended warranty and Kawasaki wouldn't cover my cases when they broke. Makes me say fuck kawasaki now, i thought they were a good co. but they are putting their customers on their bad side now. I seen your post Duster and thats alot of bullshit, they tried doing the same thing to me when my carrier bearings went out the first MONTH I had it. Not trying to jack your thread bro, just had a burst of "pissed off" come out haha. If you do your cases yourself, you should do a thread on it.

Duster is right- If they were improperly installed Kawasaki won't touch it. That's all on the dealer. The trick, and its true in Duster's case, too, is escalating high enough in the company to reach someone with the juice to approve taking care of the problem at no cost. Its tough to do without the right contacts.

You mean the Moose Racing case saver? I ordered a case saver from UPP's website. When it arrived it was a new Moose Racing case saver...So I looked at Moose Racing.com Moose Racing 2010

The poly case saver in that link is what I received in the mail. I paid $52 at UPP and Moose sells them for $42. $10 bucks is a tank of gas

I'm not going to return it or anything nor am I knocking UPP. Just sharing my experience.

I've yet to install it. I was thinking of painting it green before I put it on. You guys have any suggestions on the type of paint that would stick to this thing?

So after more than 2 month with the bike at the shop is finally out. I've had to do so many things to it, and spent a lot of money too! But is done already. Incredible what just a broken chain turned to!!
List:
OEM engine case
Gaskets & Seals
Clutch Kit (stock one was in pieces inside the engine. Dont know how)
Valves Job
Cylinder Job
Wiseco 2.4:1 Piston Kit
Ek chain
Tps sensor (power commander messed the stock one, can someone explain this?
And of course this time i made sure i installed a new case saver!!!!
