Yeah I here the pain just had a 180$ sidewinder chain snap in first gear and busted the case good time a week before a race I was going to hit.

Guys thanks for the help. And yes i hope they fix it! Well it took them 3 weeks to fix my bearing carrier so i guess they gone take a couple months to fix this huh?? Its gonna suck

Its sad how long it takes them to do this, but thats how it is. I feel you on the bearing carrier also, first month I had mine it went out and it took them a MONTH! before i got it back. Good luck on the cases.

that happened to me also and i epoxied the case and got a UPP case saver now. mine busted my NSS and had to get a new one and had to sand the epoxy down so the o-ring on the NSS would seal. its all good now and it doesnt leak at all.
