does it happen at a certain point? as in does it happen when you hit the brakes? or is it justcomplete random, if ur blowing the main fuse and its not wet i would think you are having a hot wire ground out that is causing the fuse to blow

Ya, if you keep blowing the main it's probably a fault ground, or a lose wire that's grounding itself.

But like Az said, we need to know under what conditions it happens. If there's a pattern we can narrow it down to certain circuit elements.

I think it's doing it when I'm braking...that would mean the wiring to my brake light is grounding?

Have you ever done anything electrically to the stock harness?

Check to make sure you have a good ground connection from the battery to the frame/ motor. If that checks out ok then look at the fuse block and see if you have any corrosion (I greased my fuse contacts). This can be a hard problem to track down if you do not have much of an electrical back ground but it is doable. When does the fuse blow? While riding? If you just leave the key on? If you can recreate the fuse blowing situation it will help out.
