head pipe busted !!!

I have busted my 2nd stock head pipe. Both of them has busted about 2 in from the end by the motor. This time it blew a chunk big enough to stick a golf ball in. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what might be doing it. will pist pics later

I work at a atv store and i heard of a guy in michigan who had the same problem ! is this you ?

What the hell did you do to blow a hole in the header...?? Are you uhh... Haha sucking all kinds of sand/dirt through, and sandblasting the inside of the header??

I can't say I've ever heard of this happening before.

I've heard this isn't uncommon with titanium exhausts. Ultra light sacrifices durability.

dunno what eh is doing but irun thru sand,water,dirt,mud and anything else in the way completely stock and no issues yet lol

I run XC and don't know what the hel is causing this. But the good thing is that it is still under warrenty and they took care of it .. I will try and get some picd up tomorrow before i change it out. But after my race this weekend i'm sending my slip on to HMF and they are gonna convert it 2 a full system for me
