The big plug gets most of the oil out. The little one gets almost all of the oil out. You can get away changing oil and not pulling they little one. I pull both every time. Last time I stripped the little one and had to retap the hole. Dont go by the torque specs they have in the owners book. Use a little less torque or your going to strip the little one.

+1 on that. I haven't stripped the small drain, but I sure don't want to. I just snug it up then give it a 1/4 turn or so, till I feel the new crush washer give a little and call it good.

Lol I hardly ever torque things properly. I just remember how tight it was when I took the bolt off (I.e. did I really have to heave on it, kind of, not really haha), and then more or less re-create that same torque when I put it back on. That and you should be able to judge how much torque to apply to a certain diameter or fastener before it tears the threads up... Or maytbe I've just developed a feel for it by now.

Hahaha half inch drive, with 2 reducers down to quarter inch for the tiny little socket. Just feather the trigger, it'll be fine...
