It's nice to see new places opening up instead of being shut down due to whiney neighbors.

thats great news ive been riding in the same place for the last couple months mainly bartlake lake and hasayampa, its about time they started making new trails. i was getting mad everytime we would get pulled over by cops on some trail to give us a ticket for riding in a restricted area.
