Oil leak from exhaust???

I was out riding and shut my kfx off, and it wouldn't start back up. I just installed a dynojet PCIII and figured I must have a loose connection. The wire going into the PCIII was bent at a 90, so i straightened it out and the quad started back up. It made it part way down my road and the kfx stalled yet again. This time i noticed a burning smell, and saw that the cable connecting to the intake(air temp sensor?) was burnt by my exhaust. I pulled the wire away and tied it up to the frame rail with a zip-tie. The kfx started again and i made it to my garage, where it stalled just as i was pulling in. I then noticed oil dripping from my pipe where the head pipe meets the other pipe, and at the edge of the canister(Pro Circuit T-4 exhaust). I have just about all of my oil sitting in my pipe now and i have no idea what is wrong with it?
My guess:: The burnt air temp sensor caused a change in the mixture in the motor which then caused a ring to blow out?
Anybody know for sure what i may have done wrong??

Problem solved; I rewired the connection to the O2 sensor and there was no problem anymore. My guess is that the "oil" was excess fuel coming from the cylinder.

Did it blow blue smoke something terrible?

If not my assumption would be that what you see out of the exhaust is excess fuel. Check your plug and see what you can tell. You may need to lean her out a bit somehow.
