knee bruising

Does anyone get bruising on their knees while riding? After my last race I had bruises on both insides of my knees. I looked a braces on rm, but they don't look too like they have much padding. What do yall do to help prevent this from happening?

I have the same problem on the KFX... right on the bone on the inside of the knee.

I just got back from looking for something for it.

The hard part is finding inner knee protection.
Most of it is just frontal...

I'm going to go try this stuff on to see how it works...

Yeah i used to get it bad too when i raced dirt track/tt but i bought a knee brace, the ones you would get from the doctor. They work pretty good its tight to your skin and comfortable.

Yeah I had the same problem and have a permanent bruise on the inside of my left knee. I bought the 661 Kyle Strait edition pads. They have soft padding over the knee cap and seperate pads on the inside and outside of the kneed brave. They are also pretty comfortable.

After some hard XC riding last weekend my knees were both bleeding. Went riding last night and was reminded in every corner painfully. I found some pads by Troy Lee designs that look bad ass they are padded on both sides of the knee. I am gonna order them soon.
