where to get bar risers?

hey guys i'm looking to raise my stock renthal bars up an inch or 2 without buying an after market stem, can someone point me in the right direction on what and where to get them, i couldn't find any on rocky mtn website and i typed bar risers in the search, do i have to call them? thanks

just over 1" anymore you will need longer cables
