The PC5, especially with auto-tune, will work out a lot better for you, but the Dobeck will do the trick if you're not looking to spend a lot of cash.
But if you want to ride your quad, I would suggest not waiting for the PC5... You can't run an intake like Fuel's and a full exhaust without a fuel management system; it WILL damage your motor. So whatever you decide, you should put something on there... Go with the Dobeck until you can afford a Power Commander?
