Yes sir. There's 2 orange fuse holders under the hood; the one on the right is the fan fuse (I think, check em both just to be sure though). The other one is for the fuel pump.
It's a red, 10 amp mini fuse. 100 bucks says that sucker's blown if your fan won't come on, these quads are famous for blowing that fuse. It happened to me before I knew about it, and I hardwired the fan straight to the battery. Lol felt a little stupid when I figured it out, and just had to replace a fuse. They even include a spare in the fuse holder for ya.

Yeah i dont think my fan is working either and i dont have any fuses. I hve a baldwin wiring harness that gets rid of the fuses. So im thinking the sensor os shot. Im just going to wire it on all the time.

My fan quit working last weekend out at Glamis. I smelled anti freeze after shooting up Oldsmobile a couple times. Checked the fuse there, but the fuse was good. Rode back to camp, and started checking the relays. I think the relay on the far right is the fan (it was the only on that had blue and grey wires like the fan). I switched relays with (again, I think) the headlights, and the fan came on. Rode the rest of the weekend without any problems. I ordered up a couple new relays from Kawie just to have a new one in the tool box...JUST in case. Think they were about $15 each.

Yes they did. I'm no electrician but I think because my HID's have thier own relays, they still worked. It was wierd, because everything worked fine on Friday night (fan, lights, ect...) till I took about a 35' header off a razorback. (I basically ate shit over the bars). Night rides are...um...interesting . No apparent damage to the quad, and just a sprained wrist and a bruse or two for me. Saturday morning we went up to Olds to do a lil hill shootin and the fan was kaput. I don't know if the fall had anything to do with the fan not working or not, but it was an easy fix to save the rest of the weekend.
