i agree. you cant find better service than KB. PERIOD. he helped me with my power commander issues. would suggest everyone buy from this guy.

Sure, I'll jump on this band wagon.
I made a purchase yesterday and forgot something. When I called today to see if I could add the extra part to the order Ken told me that it had shipped already but he could send the other item without adding extra shipping. That's definitely helping a customer out and great customer service in my opinion.

ya well sometimes Ken is awake at oddball times, and when he is awake he is usually doing something for his business so he will answer emails and stuff like that! KEn has always been good to everyone and if anything went wrong he trys to rectify it the best he can so A+ to Ken on his customer service

I'll jump on the train too! I have called Ken several times and talked to him about different parts. He's a really knowledgeable guy who has a great passion for helping customers in this industry. His prices are great and he is always willing to go the extra mile! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

agreed hes always helped me out when i called on the phone and if he didn't answer the first time i would get a call back almost asap. also he does help out the little man.
