Squalling tires...
Hold it... you say you have no spark?
The coil is on the frame there on the right side.
Take the tank off... and take the wire totally off.
Turn it over and see if you see spark jump from the end of the coil to the frame.
If not, check the wire connections on the back between it and the radiator.
If that is not it, perform the coil testing instructions per the service manual.
If you do have spark at the coil, buy a new wire or yank yours apart, trim a little and put it back together.
My plug wire has been F'd up a couple of times... loosing connection inside where the wire goes in the ends.
If you yank it apart you'll see why... it's a pretty dang primitive deal.
