left side engine cover removal (shifter side).

So im getting my case covers powdercoated, both the clutch cover and the left side engine cover. I was wondering, (since it doesnt explain much in the book) if there was anything behind the left side case I need to worry about when removing the cover.

The covers should only be off for a day or two at most, any advice would be helpful. Thanks a lot!
