No maps for what i need so?
So after hours of research and question asking i think i have finally found out what setup i want to do on my quad here in the near future. I want to install a cfm airbox or something similar, a Dasa 13in exhaust, and a PC 3. But, I cant seem to find any maps for this setup so what should i do? Should i take it to the nearest dynojet which told me that it would be about 1 and a half to 2 hours of work at 90 bucks an hour?

That's pretty damn reasonable. Custom tunes take a while, and most places won't do it for less than a couple hundred bucks anyways. You'll be way happier with a custom tune than using someone else's. (Kind of like I am. I'm forced to use FuelATV's map, because there just aren't any DynoJet Dynos around here, regardless of how much I'm willing to pay)
And then if you do get one done, you can be a nice guy and share your map with me, as I'm running basically the same set-up

Not sure if you can host them here... I know you could email it to me, I'm just a little unfamiliar with the hosting sites. Check with 05greenmachine, I know he has hosted things before, and has maps hosted in the PCIII map archive post. Someone there should be able to tell you how to do it...
Edit: Did you check out the post on the custom lid I made for my CFM box? I linked to it in some other thread on the front page...

That would be the one, but I made a sort of adapter plate so I could bolt the EHS lid to the CFM air box. CFM Air Box/Custom EHS Lid Pics (Pics of it in there)
And what do I think of which product...?

Hell yeah man. Looks really good. But what i was askin, was what would you think of me getting just the EHS airbox cover that fits right over the stock airbox, opposed to buying an aftermarket airbox? And does that thing really keep water out as well as it says. If so, and if it adds a considerable amount of power, then i think i may just go with the EHS airbox cover.

Ive tried to google fci intake, but cant find out where to buy it. Any good aftermarket part websites?? Also, is there a top to the box? I need a top because i do do lots of trail riding, which includes crossing through water and mud. Thanks

right here on kfx450hq go to SITE SPONSORS. youll see fuel customs underneath there. you can either PM garret or start a thread in there and he will help you out. IMO FCI is the only way to go with intakes right now. best bang for your buck.
