I just finished my build that is very similar to yours. 13inch dasa, fuel atv intake,pc3,bcs performance ported head, 13/1 cp piston, and web 963/216 grind cams. I live on long island and the only atv dyno is at the local ktm dealer. I made 46.5 horsepower and 29 torque. This dyno is an eddy current dyno that reads 15% lower than a dyno jet.I never dynoed when the quad was stock but with just the big 3 it made 39 horse and 27 torque. add15% and thats 45 horse which is about right for big 3.so i figure if I add 15% to my 46 horse im making now im at about 53 horse on an average dyno jet dyno. I'll say this the bike straight up hauls ass now.I'm really happy with it.

I wouldnt say its even close to a full race motor .if it was a full race motor it would have alot more compression, and have alot more aggresive cams. plus probably a big bore and stroke. The tuner at the ktm dealer who tuned it does everthing from street bikes to quads. He knows what he's doing.

Only 48?I remember one of your post were you say a kfx with the big 3 does 45 on your dyno.Ported head, cams, and .8 increase in compression over stock only giving 3 more horse? Is his intake that bad?

well walshyfz was the close. It made 51.3 with the factory tires. The graph blew out the window on the way home, so going to try to get a reprint next week.
