OK, got my head and cylinder off my YFZ out getting port and polish and a new 14.25 98mm piston.

Now the Kawie is feeling left out. Looking at getting the head done and the 98mm CP 13.1 : 1 piston. Looking for some insite on who has done this and how the power results were.

Also maybe adding the cams off the dirt bike.

I did my head,dirt bike cams and a 13.5:1 stock bore piston....Power was very noticable....At the 300&#39;sand drags my best time was a 5.35. My buddy has a yfz with a 480 and his best time was 5.21..I will be doing a 98mm over the winter.I will also be boring my T-Body.

i&#39;ve seen thoes pictures of you on the trx site for the venom drag day.

Who did your head? I have my yfz stuff at venom right now. Looking for someone to do my KFX now.

CSA In Almont did my head.....I am not 100% satisfide with his work....Talk to John he will port that too...I am going to have him redo my head this winter when I do th 98mm

I messaged John/Venom the other day and he stated he is not doing any work for kfx450&#39;s right now as he has not had the time to test on them. I may be wrong just what he told me. Did good work on my yfz though. Feel free to call and ask though, maybe if he gets enough requests he will.

call Arlan at led performance, he use to own LRD now he is on his own,again and building some great kfx 450 big bore engines, he has got them dialed in, getting over sixty hp. 98 mm big bore 13.1 comp. 44 mm throttle body big cams and dasa exhaust and his great port work, crank works balanced crankshaft503-522-2465
