hard to see cause i had to take the pics with my phone, the dark red line is the final curve

mods are TDC full exhuast, pc3, fci with box, and stg 2 hotcams
Great Run & numbers 45HP leveling at 9000 RPMs...How many map adjustments on your PCIII did you do to get those finial numbers...Or was the map you where you using very close...

Yep, all you have to do is recalibrate the dyno and you can make it say whatever number you want. That dyno sounds pretty close to reality the 48.8hp ltr with a pipe and power commander not so much. Ltr's do make better hp then the kawi's, but it always has and always will come down to the guy sitting on the seat.

yup i have seen quads hit this dyno and go to a dyno down the street and pull 6 hp more, just depends on the dyno! there is plenty of stuff that a dyno run wont tell you

Also! If there are any air leaks and moister in the head pipe getting in through the clamps or head flange will cause the O2 sniffer to provide a corrupted "reading"/improper A/F setting/map on your F.I controller...

Most dynos use a probe style "sniffer" in the end of the exhaust...

But! They could do a quick pressure test for leaks on the exhaust system, If found seal them up!!!
Before running the O2 tuning and definitely clear the exhaust of any moisture....
Plug the exhaust and kick it over a few times...Spray a soapy mixture around the "Flange" and "joints"...Watch for "Bubbles"...

Then run it to operating engine temperature 190 degrees to clear all moisture....Then tune!!!!

If your serious about "getting your moneys worth"......and full performance from your technician....

Your competition will......Or is sloppy second place good enough????
