Okay, yesterday was 10 days since the lady at Dubach Racing, named Chelsea, said they'd send the missing parts that I need. I haven't recieved them, yet.
I called back that day at noon about the parts, she took my name and number and said she'd check with shipping. Since I was working, I told her to leave a message if I don't answer my phone. Later that afternoon, she left a message for me to call back and give her my "address and all that good stuff" she said with a la dee da, non-caring attitude.
I called back and insisted to talk to her supervisor this time. To my surprise, she actually connected me with him. I told him how I've had this exhaust for over a month and a half and have tried with numerous phone calls to get the missing parts. He apologized and got all my info and said they'd send it out right away.
I don't know if I'll finally get the mounting hardware this time. If I don't, I'll let you all know.
As long as Chelsea works there, I still strongly suggest not buying any of their products because I wouldn't want any of you to go through the same pathetic, run-around experience that I went through. Honestly, I think they have very good products and I used to think very highly of that company. Unfortunately, they have someone like her to give that company a bad reputation and I have no desire to puchase any more of their products, after the way I've been treated.
