Don't buy Dr.D!

the thing is since iv been at a dealership for the last 3 years iv noticed many thing. couple of things that come to mind is its not the company that is the problem its the people that work there that is. first thing is when you told the lady you wanted to speak to a supervisor she said shit now if i dont take care of him my manager will find out i was not doing my job and get into trouble. its the lazy workers not the bussiness. one other thing. some dealerships dont know the steps or have the attitude to get what they want done. iv been ordering parts threw part unlimited and tucker rocky for 3 years now and when something does not show up with all the parts there is a process to go threw to get the right parts and its not a overnite thing. sometimes it takes 2 week to get the replacement. just bypass the middleman. im not talking shit to whoever was the middleman just saying. take it from me the dr.d pipe is the shit. and im not saying this because i have it on my quad like everyone else and what i run is better but because it was tested and proof that it WON THE SHOOT OUT. also if you got that from the dealership i work at and i was the parts guy that sold you this i would of had the part ASAP. i dont fuck around. i take every sale to heart like that part was for me.

Okay, yesterday was 10 days since the lady at Dubach Racing, named Chelsea, said they'd send the missing parts that I need. I haven't recieved them, yet.

I called back that day at noon about the parts, she took my name and number and said she'd check with shipping. Since I was working, I told her to leave a message if I don't answer my phone. Later that afternoon, she left a message for me to call back and give her my "address and all that good stuff" she said with a la dee da, non-caring attitude.

I called back and insisted to talk to her supervisor this time. To my surprise, she actually connected me with him. I told him how I've had this exhaust for over a month and a half and have tried with numerous phone calls to get the missing parts. He apologized and got all my info and said they'd send it out right away.

I don't know if I'll finally get the mounting hardware this time. If I don't, I'll let you all know.

As long as Chelsea works there, I still strongly suggest not buying any of their products because I wouldn't want any of you to go through the same pathetic, run-around experience that I went through. Honestly, I think they have very good products and I used to think very highly of that company. Unfortunately, they have someone like her to give that company a bad reputation and I have no desire to puchase any more of their products, after the way I've been treated.
