Smoothing was set at 0. It actually starts easier/faster than before the cam/piston. As far as the fuel, i thought i would have to run at least 100 octane but he said it ran fine (no pings/spark knock) with 93. Like i said i'm gonna run a mixture to be safe.

Got i chance to put about five hours on it yesterday (track and trail) and it ran strong all day. It started raining like a mofo when we were about 10 miles from the truck and suddenly my wife runs out of gas! Well, needless to say my kawi is no longer a virgin. I spent hours cleaning the GA red clay off it last night but she'll never be the same.

Im getting my kfx dynoed soon but im nervous because of the numbers ive seen. Its got full dasa 13", fci intake, port and polished head, stage 2 hot cams, je 12.8:1 compression, pc3 and i think dyna coil.. what u guys think i will get around horsepower wise??? ive turned my dvx400 basically into a 450 with hot cams, fcr39, 440cc je piston, full dual exhaust, and custom intake and got that up to 47hp, stock is 28.. talk about percent of hp increase!! im hoping my kfx will be 50 if not real close but it seems like a lot of people who dyno their kfx450 quads only get around 45 or 47 modded
