What A/F Ratio ?

What is the best a/f ratio ? I'm thinking of putting my aem wide-band out of my car in my kfx to tune my bike. keep it somewhere around 13.5 -13.8 full throttle 14.2-14.8 idle give or take some ? Without wide-band I'm not understanding how people are tuning there bikes without it unless your pulling plugs every time you change a setting to get a full throttle idea roughly anyways. I know what goes on to tune a car I can only assume the same type of thing would be needed for a bike and every bike is different regardless if it 2 bikes exactly built the same all new.

The only way they honestly get tuned is at a dyno where they do runs and use a wideband o2 to make the fine adjustments. It's a probe type or collector I suppose???

Anyways, that is really the only way you can really fine tune them.

Myself, I have been thinking about the PC5 + AutoTune.
