What type of pop is it? Is it a back-fire when letting off from full throttle? If so, you're lean and you need a new map.

You might have an air leak in the exhaust.

Grab one off of the power commander website. Try out M226-018. That should get you close to where you need to be. Put a new plug in it and do a plug check and see how it looks. If black, you're still rich. If white and popping when you let off full throttle it's lean. If it's yellow-brown you're about right.
