Fuel on top end of maps

Has anybody else noticed most of the maps for the fuelatv and fci intakes take fuel away on the top end? Even the one in the database with kx cams and high comp piston takes fuel away. Just wondering why... and looking for a good map for fci and motoworks slip-on.
