Ok, just got my quad back with the kx cams installed, had some real nice pick up as expected in the mid/top end range. You can see the gains start around 6500 and maintain 2hp over stock cams all the way through, just under 1lb of torque as well. Very Nice! Also another item to note, when I had it dyno'd a few months ago the max HP was 44.43, today pre install was 44.11, seems funny but the dyno results can clearly vary from day to day..Air/fuel was a very steady 13:1 Took it out for a quick ride and felt awesome!

Yea, you are right, it's much better than the stock 36ish for sure.... No changes to the compression (nor did I ask them to check it for me), does it normally need to be checked with these mods?

no but generally a HC piston will make a bigger difference with big cams than with out so I wanted to know if you had a 13 or 14:1 piston.

Arizona's best...91..but for the frequency that I ride I can certainly afford to blend some higher octane (if i'd get any benefit from it)
