well my quad decided to fall apart.
Hey guys/gals. I finally got it running not to long ago if you remember i was having problems but i took it out for a ride and one of the plastic tabs for my front plastics broke the part where a bolt runs through the bolt was still there but the plsatics broke. i was still riding then a little longer later my headlights were falling off then the rest of the plastics WTF is happening. This thing has been a nightmare quad from hell. sorry just had to vent.

Only one actual bolt fell out the rest was my front plastics actually breaking off. where the bolt runs through the plastics broke off and left the bolts right where they were. It's kind of crazy.
@ Tundra-- It's most definetly haunted.

The same thing happened to mine on the front fenders. I just bought a new set of front fenders...Your best bet honestly is buying the Maier one piece fenders. Only thing with that is, the green that they use doesn't match the Kawasaki green perfectly, so you'll probably want to get ALL the fenders, if your quad is green. Also had the problem with the headlights at the same time as the front fenders, I bought a set of Trail Tech lights. These have not broken like that, but after about a week of the lights being installed, one doesn't work. Another problem I have had, is the bolts that hold plastics to the subframe have been stripping out on me, so now I can't remove my rear fenders. Dealership fixed one when I had my first service done, and now another one has stripped, so I have to drill it out. I plan on just buying some one piece and getting it over with because of the alignment problems with the front fenders and the side panels. If there weren't so many damn fuses on this thing, I'd just ride it without plastics...

The first week I had mine before it was even broken in, the tail light fell off. All of the bolts completely came out. Then early this year I took it out and noticed some rattling going on with the rear fenders. I was missing 3 fender bolts and the side bolt that mounts the stock heal guards to the foot peg.

Guys, these bikes are high revving motors and vibrate a ton... just make sure they are tight before and after every ride... we go over the quad before and after every race to see if anything is loose or missing. just a part of it
