I have the Trail Tech lights, they are simple to install, bright, and durable. However, one of my lights stopped working after about a week.

Don't waste your hard earned money on Trail Tech HID's. They are junk and TT does not stand behind their product. I bought them and on the very first dune trip one of the ballasts went out on me in the middle of the big bowls at glamis at night. After calling them they said send em in on your dime and we will look at them and decide. I sent em, and 3 weeks later still no word. I call TT and get "oh we have not even opened the box yet, give us a week or so and you should hear back". 3 weeks later I get a box from them with the light fixed. I figured ok fine maybe it was a fluke thing. Nope. The very next Dune trip the bulb lense on the flood popped out and is gone. I looked at it closely and the glue used to fasten the lense was never applied completely all the way around the light. The bulb still lights up but has no lense. I call TT back and get " A rock must have hit it and shattered it"... No I was in Glamis in the sand, and a rock would have done more damage and broke the filament too. All and all I was told to pound sand and since it was past 90 days from purchase I would have to buy a new bulb @ $84. I laughed and told him "Not a chance, I will never buy another product from you and I will make sure to put the word out about your customer service". So Trail Tech.... Here you go.
