Best paint to use?

Hey all, just wondering what paint should I use to do my plastics. Right now the quad is black and white I might be keeping it that way I might not I rally don't know yet. I picked this quad up used and the plastics are pretty cut up. I'm gonna sand it down first of course to get rid of the gloss so the paint/primer will adhere better and to smooth out some of the cuts.

new plastics may be easier and cheaper IMO, usually good deals on ebay or here.
