bjohnson i wouldnt reccomemnd doing that, mine started ripping ( the cover) and suprisingly the foam under the cover was decent soft and the cover was making it super hard, i would get a new cover and add 1 inch foam

I talked with Tammy at cosmic quads and she has the pattern for the KFX now. She has made me a 250R cover and a custom cover for my 200x. Good quality work and she rides too.
